![]() ![]() Mukhyamantri Chandru has served an ultimatum to Chief Minister Yeddyurappa on implementing Kannada in the day-to-day administration of the State. The intention behind this is to send a strong message to the Centre that all Karnataka MPs are united as far as Kannada language is concerned, he added. ![]() The KDA has urged newly-elected MPs from all political parties from the State to take oath in Kannada.Ĭhandru said he has written to State Presidents of all three political parties - the BJP, the Congress and the JD(S) - to ensure that their MPs take oath in Kannada. So, many bright students from rural areas have not been able to get through these examinations, Chandru said. Though aspirants are allowed to write these examinations in Kannada, text books are not available in the language. The Kannada text books will be ready in six months. ![]() Addressing reporters on Wednesday, KDA Chairman Mukhyamantri Chandru said the move will help those aspiring to write the examinations in Kannada language. ![]()
